Cheng Yueh-Tsai rose from humble beginnings to become a pioneering business leader. Originally a theater actor and journalist, he later ventured into business, hospitality, and tourism as a multifaceted entrepreneur. With sharp market instincts and innovative thinking, he created the Rihui International brand—a resort infused with stories and creativity. Through the concept of “smart wellness,” he opened a new chapter in senior tourism, showcasing his vision and determination as a true “trend dream-maker.”
As early as the 1990s, Cheng proposed the idea of “cross-industry alliances” and emphasized the importance of cross-border cooperation. He foresaw that future business competition would shift from individual companies to industries and ecosystems. Ambassador AL Busyra Basnur is a veteran Indonesian diplomat and a prominent figure in public diplomacy. He currently serves as Honorary Chairman of the World Business Federation – Indonesia Chapter and President of the Indonesia-China Friendship Association. With extensive experience in international relations, public diplomacy, and cross-cultural engagement, he has made outstanding contributions to strengthening Indonesia’s economic and cultural exchanges worldwide, particularly with China, fostering cross-border cooperation.
Over a diplomatic career spanning more than 30 years, Ambassador AL Busyra Basnur has held key positions including Consul General of Indonesia in Houston, USA; Secretary of the Directorate General of Public and Information Diplomacy at the Indonesian Ministry of Foreign Affairs; and Ambassador to Ethiopia, concurrently accredited as Ambassador to Djibouti and Permanent Representative to the African Union. These roles equipped him with expertise in multilateral cooperation, strategic international communication, and interregional economic relations, enhancing entrepreneur networking opportunities.
As a scholar-diplomat, he authored Quality Thinking in the 21st Century and Ethiopia: Do What to Do Ambassador, donating these works to educational and academic institutions to promote cultural and intellectual exchange. He advocates using ideas and knowledge as bridges for global understanding and cooperation in global business cooperation.

With extensive experience in cultural, social, and organizational activities, he has played an active role in chambers of commerce, Chinese community associations, and international exchange affairs.
As Chairman of the Board of the Indonesia–China Friendship Association (PPIT), Mr. Suryadi has actively promoted collaboration between local governments, social organizations, and business communities in both countries, enhancing global business cooperation. He has frequently represented Indonesia in bilateral exchanges, cultural events, and official dialogues, serving as a bridge of cooperation between the two nations.
In his role as Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Chinese General Chamber of Commerce, he has led delegations on visits and facilitated entrepreneur networking to strengthen economic cooperation projects between Indonesia and China, creating opportunities for stronger business-to-business ties.

He currently holds the position of Secretary General of the Indonesian Electric Vehicle Industry Association (Periklindo) and serves as Vice Chairman of the Indonesian Chinese Surname Association (PSMTI). In these roles, he plays an active and influential part in Indonesia’s economic development, community affairs, and fostering bilateral relations between Indonesia and China.
In the electric vehicle sector, Mr. Phoa has been at the forefront of industry development for years. He has provided valuable insights into Indonesia’s EV incentive policies, market growth prospects, and manufacturing capacity building, including the establishment of local CKD (completely knocked-down) factories.
